Aidaak Foundation was born from pain, love, and a deep sense of responsibility.
In Chan Pyan Village, located in Matupi Township of Chin State, Myanmar, military forces burned down nearly all homes, leaving only a handful standing. Families were forced to flee into the jungle with nothing – no shelter, no food, and no access to education or healthcare.
This tragedy is not isolated. Many communities across the Aidaak Region have been severely affected by conflict, losing their schools, homes, and livelihoods. As people from this land now living in the United States, we could no longer watch in silence. We came together to form this foundation to stand with our people.
Our mission is to rebuild hope – by restoring access to education, providing basic healthcare, and meeting essential needs for displaced families and children.
We believe every child, no matter their circumstances, deserves the chance to learn, grow, and dream again. This is more than charity – it’s our promise to rebuild what was taken away.
Aidaak Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting the people of the Aidaak Region in Chin State, Myanmar. We believe every child deserves the chance to learn, every family deserves quality care, and every community deserves dignity and opportunity.
